On February 10th,
2010 a Reception on occasion of the Diplomatic
Service Day of the Russian Federation for the
members of the Yangon diplomatic corps, Myanmar
officials and friends of the Russian Embassy was
held at the Sedona Hotel.
Director General of the
Training, Research and Foreign Languages
Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
the union of Myanmar H.E. U Paw Lwin Sein as a
guest of honor, and more than 100 other
dignitaries were present at the function.
On the eve of the event an
article by Ambassador of Russia to Myanmar H.E.
Dr. Mikhail M.Mgeladze on the history of the
Russian Diplomatic Service was published in the
“Myanmar Times” weekly. |
