Visas to Russia/Private Visa
Requirements (in addition to General requirements):
Inviting person, Russian citizen or organization must appeal to
the local representation of the Federal Migration Service of the
Russian Federation in order to organize an official Invitation (a
foreigner currently residing in Russia appeals to the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs for the invitation).
Notice:
Only original invitation or fax-copy is accepted
when lodging a visa application.
